How long does it take to receive my plants after I made my order?
Australia : We ONLY shipped out plants orders by Australia Express Post on every Monday - Wednesday usually its take a few days to arrived at your place.
I have placed order last few days , Why it still not sent yet?
It may because your payment has not be cleared that's why we can't ship out your order. We usually sent out all orders on every Monday - Wednesday. Our payment cut off every Thursday 11.59pm and to be shipped on following Mon - Wed of following week ( Unless public holiday ) - if your payment has cleared after that we will ship out your order with other orders from following payment cut which will be shipped out the week after
Payment cut off was Thursday 25 OCT — 11.59pm and all orders from Friday 19 OCT (12 am) - Thursday 25 OCT (11.59 pm) will Be shipped from Mon 29 - Wed 31 OCT and any orders from Friday 26 OCT (12am) - Thursday 1 NOV (11.59pm) will be shipped from 5 - 7 NOV
Can I combine postage ?
Yes, You can. if you want to check how much does it cost for postage just simply add items to chart and select your location our website will estimate shipping cost for you.
My Tracking number does not work ?
We usually provided tracking number when we printed out shipping label to pick and pack your plants so your tracking number should be active in next few days. If its still not active after Wednesday of same week after order been shipped please contact us for further detail at CONTACT US page or email : email@example.com
Where can i find plant name ?
When you un-boxing your order please find a paper of invoice /packing slip. There will be plant names with numbers so you can match with number that marked on each plants.
I have placed order and wanted to add more ?
Yes you can, If you do before payment cut off ( Thursday 11.59pm ) You can send us msg via our facebook page to request combine postage code and both orders must be placed within the same cut off date
Note : both order must under the same buyer details eg. Buyer name , shipping address , email otherwise our system may see as different buyer and we may missed out.

I've ordered same plant with 2 orders ( 2 different shipments )Why plant from my last order was bigger than this order ?
We are nursery and we propagated and grow plants from leaves cutting / head cutting and seedling - That's why size may vary from each batch. So please do not expect the same size/colour every-time you order same plant as they all changing colour all year round and size are different as they came from different batch. We will pick the best of each batch for you to ensure everyone get the best of our plant on each order. (Please refer from size stated on item description and photo that show on listing we will try our best to update photo as much as possible)
Tracking number showing status of " DELIVERED " but I still not received it what should i do?
Please contact Australia Post for further detail. as we not taking any responsibility after handed your order and lodged at Australia Post Office.
I've received damaged plants. What should i do?
Please contact us immediately after received damaged plants with photo within 24 hours of received it ( We will use tracking status for our reference ) PLEASE ENSURE THAT DAMAGED PLANTS CAUSED BY OUR PACKING PROCESS ( Box have to be in perfect condition when arrived ) We will be replace new plants with your next order or give a code for credit store for your future orders. If you not contact us within 24 hours of received damaged plants. Unfortunately we can't not do anything about it. But IF BOX DAMAGED /CRUSHED FROM OUTSIDE WHICH IS CAUSING FROM TRANSPORT BY AUSPOST you will have to contact AusPost regarding damaged items.
My plants has destroyed by custom. Can I get refund?
Unfortunately NO. It's your duty to be aware of your local area laws. If there is quarantine restrictions.We at LLGSNC cannot have a world-wide knowledge which countries ask this import permit and phytosanitary certificate and we are NOT responsible for confiscation of plants due to the fact that you had no import permit and phytosanitary certificate. You have to accepted your own risk for your order. We will not taking any responsibility or refund for your order that got destroyed by your custom.
I live in WA/ TAS / NT can i order?
Unfortunately we still working on permit to ship there. so we can't ship any orders to those states at the moment. Please LIKE and follow our Facebook Page ( https://www.facebook.com/LLGSNC/ ) for any updates. once we get the permit we will update on there.
Can i cancel my order?
Once your order placed your order cut from our stock and we got charged from payment gateways ( eg. Afterpay / Paypal ) so there will be 10% restocking fee plus fee from your payment method ( Afterpay 6% / Paypal 3% / Credit card 3% ) ... So if you made any mistake please contact us before so we can fix your order.
